Isn't also true that if you have treated your client from the standpoint of helping the client to solve their problem rather than pushing your product at them, you are much more likely to get a quality referral?

I take the line around, "If you feel that I have helped you and you would like a valued associate to enjoy the same level of service, I would be only too happy to help...."</description>
