		<description>Great Post.People in general I think are more powerful when they are self motivated. Providing a game worth playing, with short, mid and long term benchmarks a person can relate with is going to get them there. If they can see there life taking shape and see sales contributing to that they will be motivated. I agree coddling is for babies.</description>
