Week in Review - 9.30.2007

It was another great week at The Sales Blog. We finished our very first sales training tele-seminar which concluded on Tuesday. I want to personally thank Paul McCord who did a great job and provided us with some valuable information about the foundations of a successful sales career. Be sure to check back often as we will be announcing our next tele-seminar soon.

This week we launched our new Submit Sales Questions page where users can ask sales or sales management related questions they would like our experts to address. Each time a user submits a question, one of our experts will address their question in detail via a direct e-mail response, as well as having the question and its answer posted on The Sales Blog. The link to the form is http://sales-blog.salescareersonline.com/submit-sales-questions.

This week instead of sharing other blog posts with you as I usually do I thought I would share some resources that Paul shared with us at the end of each sales training tele-seminar. I know I have said this many times; “If you are serious about your sales career then you need to be serious about personal development and building knowledge.” I think becoming familiar with resources like these on the Internet is an important part of that development.

That is it for this week. I hope you have a great week selling and remember as John Ruskin once said - “The highest reward for a person’s toil is not what they get for it, but what they become by it.”

Happy Selling,

Rob Halvorsen
